Documents in your own style
Set your letterhead with logo, sender line and footer once: invoices, letters and minutes are built from validated fields – gruenki does the maths – and arrive as editable Word files. Upload your own .docx templates with placeholders.
An internal wiki that thinks along
Capture how your organisation works – with versions and search. gruenki uses the wiki in Orga chats and can suggest new pages on request; nothing goes live before a person has reviewed it.
Contacts & donations – if you want
The built-in contact management is an option, not a requirement: people and organisations, activities (generated invoices are filed to the right contact automatically), events with seat limits, campaigns and donations. If you keep contacts elsewhere, simply hide the area.
Donation receipts
Official-template donation receipts: gruenki checks the exemption notice age and required fields; print for signature or issue machine-created receipts after notifying the tax office – with a sequential number range and immutable filing.
AI import for messy lists
Upload an Excel or CSV file, whatever the columns are called: the AI suggests the mapping, you review it – the import itself is exact and duplicate-free. The AI runs on our own hardware, as always.
Legally solid
Data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR in one click, full data export any time (including original files) – and when you leave, all organisation data including Orga chats is deleted, with an export window first.
