Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies once a paid contract (a paid plan) is concluded. For purely free use there is no right of withdrawal in the absence of a contract for consideration. In the event of a paid order, this notice will additionally be provided to you in text form (e.g. by email).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Marius Erdmann (kontiTec), Brunnenstraße 1a, 56459 Langenhahn, email: info@gruenki.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early commencement of the service (digital services)

gruenki is a digital service (Section 327 (2) of the German Civil Code, BGB). The right of withdrawal lapses if, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you have expressly consented to the performance being commenced and you have confirmed that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance (Section 356 (5) BGB). In this case, no compensation for value is payable. This consent is obtained separately during the payment process.
